I absolutely love cabled sweaters! However, I don’t particularly love knitting cables so hopefully I can convince my wonderful husband (who loves knitting them) to make one for me this fall. I think the reason that I love them so much is they remind me of my favorite weather, cool misty days on the coast.
Cable sweaters have more than a couple perks including being a fashion perennial, they are always a classic option for layering in the cooler months! In this collection of patterns I chose patterns with varying levels of cabling, from just a couple details to more intricate all-over cable motifs. I always recommend knitting cabled sweaters in a hardwearing yarn and a neutral color so that it will be stylish for as long as it lasts (forever!).
